Every year during our annual survey and performance review, employees are asked about their learning needs. This means we can constantly deliver the most relevant educational opportunities.
 
SummitCare also offers in-house workshops plus external education programs, conferences and study days. We are strategically partnered with the College of Nursing, the Australian Institute of Management and TAFE Western Sydney Institute.
