Silvia joined SummitCare in May 2018 as Group Manager Business Services. Silvia holds a Master of Accounting degree from Macquarie University and is a qualified CPA. She is an experienced finance manager with over 10 years of team leading, business partnering, project management and business process improvement experiences within Finance and broader business operations in large global companies. Her style is collaborative, honest and open minded. Silvia believes there is always a better way of doing things and she loves to share knowledge, ideas and experiences with others and enjoys working with people from different backgrounds, cultures and nationalities.
