Dilpreet joined SummitCare as a Manager of Care & Wellbeing in 2014. She has been a valuable member of the Summitcare family for the last 6 years, during which she has progressed to the role of Regional Manager – Compliance, Governance and Quality. Dilpreet, in the past, has worked for Not for Profit organisations such as Anglicare, Montefiore and Baptist Care. Her strength is Health Governance, Project Management and People Management. She has a Bachelors in Nursing and Biotechnology and is currently pursuing a Masters in Health Science Management from Western Sydney University. In her spare time, Dilpreet loves cooking, travelling and reading. Dilpreet advocates for our residents and goes above and beyond to support and advise on core strategies for the business.
