It's an incredibly thankless task that you do but it has meant so much to our family and to Grandma
I am one of Jean McIlveens  6 granddaughters and I wanted to pass on my heartfelt thanks for the care you took of my Grandmother for the last 5 years. I live in Brisbane so didn't get to visit as much as i did when i was in Sydney and she was living at home with Jack but every time I came I was impressed with the level of care and personal care your staff took of her and of my Mother - Sandra Lane.

Its been a hard 5 years for everyone yet your facility made it easier on everyone. Grandma was always nicely dressed which was important to her -she was always clean and beautifully moisturised - she was treated with dignity and respect, when other patients are able to comment on the good care the staff take of Jean that really says something about kindness and respect.

It's an incredibly thankless task that you do but it has meant so much to our family and to Grandma - Im sure underneath the decline of her body she was aware of the kindness and help you gave her too. She was a lady who was kind and caring to others - she didn't like to ask for help but valued it when she got it. She made the best sponge cakes and Loved to listen to John Laws ( heavens knows why!!)

Ive missed my Grandmother since dementia got the better of her and I thank God in Heaven that she has gone home at last to that place He prepared for her that seemed so far away for a long time. I know that she will be restored body and mind there and that Jesus her Saviour will be glad to see her. Thank you all for helping her see out her years with grace and dignity. And thank you for the kindnesses you've shown in dealing with my Mum as she has visited and cared.
