At SummitCare, we have stars who walk among us every day. We want to shine a light on those whom you believe deserve recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty.
These are the stars we like to reward – and we have a special way to do it. Summit Star is SummitCare's staff recognition program, and it rewards staff who have shone in their duties.

There are four categories in which they can be nominated:

Exceptional Care & Service 

Staff can be nominated by clients, relatives or visitors. This award is designed to recognise staff who exceed expectations by going beyond the ordinary in providing exceptional care and service.

Upholding Our Culture 

This award recognises when and where staff actively live out our culture. Staff can be nominated by other staff, managers, clients, relatives or visitors.

Leadership in Action 

This award goes to supervisors, team leaders or managers who display excellent team leadership.

Chairman’s Award for Innovation 

This award is to encourage staff innovation and identity those who think outside the square leading to great inspirational ideas that can be implemented across the group.

 
Summit Star winners receive a certificate, badge and gift voucher, and go into a draw to win the annual category award. These prestigious awards are presented at the annual SummitCare staff recognition event.
